René Ruhstaller, Managing Director
After completing his apprenticeship at a renowned hotel in Lenzburg, it quickly became clear that Mr. Ruhstaller would take on the challenge of management in the hotel industry. After several years as a restaurant manager in a 4-star hotel and a renowned restaurant in Bern, he added the diploma "Eidg. Dipl. Hotelier / Restaurateur" to his practical experience. He gained international experience in Cape Town, South Africa as deputy manager of 2 boutique hotels. Taking over Martinas opened up the opportunity for self-employment in Switzerland.
Fabienne Egloff (HR-Accounting)
Thanks to Fränzi (Office Manager), Fabienne’s path led to Martinas GmbH. Not only professionally, but also personally, they have known each other for many years and now harmonize in the Martinas team. Previously, Fabienne worked in the hospitality industry and then in the wine industry.
She spends her free time with her family (daughter Leni) and friends. She also loves to explore the world; Southeast Asia, with its numerous dream beaches and colorful underwater world, is her favorite.
Franziska Dornbusch (Office Manager)
After school, she also went into the hospitality industry, where she, so to speak, toughened up for life. She learned a lot, especially what it means to work.
She went through various stages, including seasonal work in Arosa, restaurant management, and language school in Australia. After leadership training, she moved into the wine industry. Now, as a mother of a son, she joined Martinas, where she works with a great team.
Her hobbies: Full-time mom & hostess, cooking, and drinking in good company 😊
Marco Wüst, Business Operation Manager
After completing his apprenticeship as a carpenter, Mr. Wüst performed various jobs, allowing him to acquire extensive basic knowledge. He was an installer at one of Switzerland's largest furniture stores, did his civilian service in a social firm in Aarau, and worked there for several more years as a group leader. He then returned to the construction industry but was not truly happy there. He missed customer interaction. So, Mr. Wüst joined Martinas. Here, everything that defines him comes together: customer interaction and helping with moves, where he can demonstrate his skills as a carpenter and support a great team. Mr. Wüst enjoys spending time in nature with his wife, their dog, and his off-road camper.
